The real estate office of Premier Properties & Associates is located on the East Coast of Virginia.  This beautiful area is surrounded by fresh water rivers such as the Warwick and the James Rivers as well as the famous Chesapeake Bay and finally the Atlantic Ocean.  The actual areas Carmen and her staff cover are the Hampton Roads and Peninsula Areas to include: Newport News, Hampton, Williamsburg, York County, Poquoson, Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Suffolk, Smithfield and Chesapeake.

Accomplishments:
Past Board of Directors for the VA Peninsula Association of Realtors from 2000-2003, Chairman of the Ways & Means, Motivational, and Social Committees for the Local Board. Co-Chair of The Professional Standards, The Legal Liability, and The Contract Writing Seminars for the Local Board and numerous other educational and public committees.Carmen is ranked in the top 5% of her Real Estate Board of professionals and has achieved the Platinum Award for Outstanding Sales yearly from the Local Board. Both The VA Peninsula Association of Realtors (VPAR) and The VA Peninsula Chamber of Commerce (VPCC) have honored her with the VPAR Presidents’ Award (2002) and VPCC Chairman’s Award (1996) for outstanding volunteer leadership to the community. She is the C5 Mastermind Group’s Communication Chairlady for the Committee.
