I established myself as a licensed Realtor® since 1979 and have personally been involved with over 1500 transactions and $300+ million worth of real estate.
I have come a long way, mostly because of my tenacity, from a childhood in Hiroshima to being one of Northern California’s hottest real estate agents. Following college, I worked as an auditor for the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago and later moved to Fremont to begin work with the Fremont Unified School District. In 1979, I attained my real estate license and began selling. It was an instant success and have received many awards.
My son, Patrick joined the business a few years ago, carrying on family tradition with years of college study, involvement in community affairs, and affiliation with the professional organizations necessary to support the highest of professional standards in the industry. We are confident and inspired to work with wonderful clients and to have smooth transactions.

What it's meant being a member of C5:
I like the seminars C5 puts on; the speakers are extremely qualified and beneficial to our business and life improvement. C5 Master Mind Group created weekly conference call discussion for reviewing materials and books. I appreciate the opportunity to learn and practice more by attending master mind call every week.
C5 board members are very organized, friendly, accommodating, and passionate about keeping the group together. I have a great admiration for their dedication and time they spend for the group's benefit. C5 group is friendly; we are always laughing, dancing, and dining at great restaurants.
I am looking forward to many more wonderful meetings, awesome speakers, and more laughter and great friendship.
