I was originally licensed to sell real estate in January 1976. Since then, helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate dreams has been the driving force of my professional life. In 1984 I combined my professional and personal life with my partner and husband, Jim Valentine. Together we offer a huge variety of experience and expertise ranging from lot and home sales, commercial and investment sales and leasing, farm and ranch sales, water rights transfers, residential development and new home sales.   

In 2002 our daughter, Jessie Wetzel, joined our team. A licensed agent, she presently oversees our day to day operation, leads or support team, and is beginning to focus a portion of her energy toward developing our buyer agent program.

Comments:
I'm a native Nevadan, born ad raised exactly where I live today. Selling real estate is really the only profession I've ever had. The daughter of a builder, my parents encouraged me to go to real estate school after I decided that the college life wasn't for me. At the age of 19 I completed real estate classes, took my test, and obtained my license. That was thirty years ago and I've never regretted on minute of my decision.

I share my life and business with my husband, Jim Valentine. We have three adult children and one beautiful grandson ( so far!) In addition to our business and our "Mastermind" activities Jim and I like to travel. We also share a passion for running our local Pop Warner youth football organization. Our newest endeavor... we recently acquired two thoroughbred horses and plan to add a new hobby, horseback riding, to our leisure time.

What it's meant being a member of C5:
We originally joined C5 in its early phase in 2001. Our initial objective was to associate ourselves with individuals who's personal and professional success would serve as an example to us to stimulate our lives. Since then, the monumental effect of our affiliation with these powerful, dynamic individuals has been beyond spectacular. This relationship has literally catapulted our career and our lifestyle to levels I honestly couldn't even conceive 10 years ago.    

I had read and heard about Mastermind Groups and the benefits they afford their members. C5 massively exceeded all of my expectations. The knowledge and energy that flows within the group is ever expanding. Everyday is an adventure and I'm grateful that my personal evolution has been so wonderfully influenced by my association with this extraordinary group.
